Excellent message! In the meetings I go to it states: "I will not regret the past, nor wish to close the door on it." I have learned my lessons from my past and life is so much better with no regrets, or very little, and living in the here and the now. I can change my attitudes today but I can't rewind the video and change what I've done or said in my past.
